I just got out of surgery, chimiotherapie and radiotherapie for breast cancer. A homotherapie treatment has been sugested BUT we are not sure that I have receptors. One tests says NO an other says Yes but few. My doctor advised to go for tamoxifen but I refuse without knowing of it's effeciency in my case. He then suggested a Genetic test. However I live in Belgium and it is not possible to have it done here. It will have to be donne in the USA for a high cost of +/- 2.000 euros!
Do you have any advise? or suggestons? Isabel olavarria
